Lacinato Kale, also called Dino Kale, is a Tuscan variety that is usually blanched. It has a softer texture and is often preferred for its lighter flavor. Each bunch we sell is handpicked and selected for highest quality. Kale is very high in Vitamin K and has substantial amounts of Vitamins A, C, and B6, along with folate and manganese.
